PromptPal is a browser extension that helps you manage, organize, and quickly insert AI prompt templates. By installing or using PromptPal, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PromptPal offers a free tier and a paid Pro upgrade:
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. You will not be charged again after the initial purchase.
The current Pro price is $12.99 (early bird promotional pricing). This is a limited-time offer and may change to $24.99 without prior notice. The price at the time of your purchase is final — you will never be charged again.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with PromptPal Pro. To request a refund, use the feedback feature built into PromptPal. After 7 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
Your Pro license is tied to your browser installation. If you reinstall or switch devices, you can restore your license using the email address associated with your purchase. License restoration is available at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product. Each license is for personal, individual use.
PromptPal stores your templates and settings locally in your browser. We do not have access to your stored prompt content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

PromptPal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored in your browser.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive. You must review and validate all AI output before use. PromptPal does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any AI-generated content. AI output is not a substitute for professional advice. Your use of AI features is also subject to Section 8 (Acceptable Use).
When using built-in AI features, your prompts are forwarded to third-party AI providers through our service. We do not store, log, or use your prompts for any purpose beyond delivering the optimization result. Availability and quality depend on third-party providers and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue AI features at any time.
When using your own API key, PromptPal acts solely as a software interface. Your API key and prompts are transmitted directly between your browser and the AI provider you select. PromptPal does not access, store, or transmit your API keys or prompts. You are solely responsible for all costs, usage, and compliance with your chosen provider’s terms of service.
PromptPal is not a party to any agreement between you and AI service providers. We are not liable for provider outages, policy changes, data handling, account actions, or any loss arising from your use of third-party AI services. AI features are provided on an “as-is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for PromptPal Pro.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PromptPal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or this page.
